Hello, this is CallitAI, bringing you raw productivity for the AI native.

Everyone, today I'm going to lay out all fifteen AI tools that can help you build a $1M business without hiring more people. What, are you just going to show me another obvious list of ChatGPT hacks? lol. Absolutely not. These are the AI services that Dan Martell, an entrepreneur and YouTuber with 2 million subscribers, revealed he personally uses in his own business. These are the real-deal tools he's applying to dozens of companies right now to insanely boost productivity and leave competitors in the dust.

Alright, let's dive right into the first tool that will grow your company to the $1M mark. It's Fathom.

You can think of Fathom as a meeting assistant that records the entire meeting, transcribes it, and provides a crisp summary of the key points.

Here's why this is insane. Imagine having a professional stenographer in every single meeting. It remembers every word, every document, every discussion point, and every to-do item without fail, then organizes it for you the second the meeting ends. No more fighting over who said what.

From a PM's perspective, you'll really get this: how often are you so busy taking minutes that you miss the crucial discussion? It happens all the time, right? You could even blow a million-dollar opportunity that way. But with Fathom, you can stay fully engaged in the meeting.

It even automatically extracts action items and sends the next steps to all attendees, tailored to their roles. You can just ask Fathom, 'What did our sales lead say?' or 'What was the revenue update?' It will find the answer in seconds.

Honestly, people who don't use tools like this are just making their lives harder. This is the start of organizational AI. When all your team's meeting content is recorded and accumulated as data, you'll eventually be able to just ask the AI, 'Give me a conversational summary of everything that happened at the company today,' and you're done.

Now, before we move on to the next tool, I really want to say this. The jobs of the future will shift from being task-doers to being conductors. The people who understand what AI can do and orchestrate the entire flow of the business will be the ones who grow the fastest and build the most wealth. You need to become a world-class conductor. That’s why these tools are so important.

The second tool is Zapier.

This is probably the tool I've been using the longest out of everything I'm sharing today, and I'm always amazed by Zapier's innovation. Simply put, it's a tool that connects all the apps you use to automate your workflows. It lets information flow seamlessly, and once you design a process, it can run 24/7, even while you're asleep on vacation.

If you want to build a $1M business, you absolutely must automate the system that delivers value to your customers.

I recently saw a company making 25 billion KRW (about $20M) in annual revenue with this. It was a company that builds AI apps, but honestly, the setup was simple. They charge a client 8 million KRW and send them a questionnaire with the necessary questions for app development. When the client fills it out, Zapier takes that information and automatically passes it to an AI that codes the app. Then the AI codes it, sends an email to the client for review, receives three revisions, updates the app... this entire process was automated with Zapier. That's what I'm talking about.

When someone buys a product, you can use Zapier to automate all the administrative work: sending an onboarding email, creating all necessary internal tasks when the customer fills out a form, scheduling meetings, notifying the team, and registering them in the payment system. Just by mastering this, you'll save at least 25 hours a week.

The third tool is Gumloop.

At first glance, it might look similar to Zapier. But the reason every department in our company uses it is because it visually displays processes and workflows, and based on that, the AI makes 'decisions'. This is where Zapier falls a little short. With Gumloop, it can branch and execute tasks on its own without me having to define every single rule.

PMs with a design background will find this tool especially intuitive because the process is laid out visually, like a diagram. We use it to handle all our financial automation—from expense processing and bank account verification to purchase order approvals. It's all possible because the AI makes decisions. The same goes for recruitment. You can automate all the time-wasting tasks like resume analysis, video processing, and interview scheduling.

The fourth tool is Cursor.

This tool is a perfect fit for our channel's concept, 'Vibe Coding.' In short, it's an AI-powered code editor. You just make a request in plain language, and it whips up production-ready code you can use immediately.

The other day, I saw someone from our finance team coding. I asked, 'How do you know how to code?' and they said they were using Cursor. Lol, I was honestly shocked. Code is leverage. It lets you ship features faster, fix bugs faster, and frees your team from unprofitable busywork.

We often call a highly skilled developer a '10x programmer' because they can do the work of ten others. With Cursor, you no longer need to spend 2.5 billion KRW to pay ten developers salaries of 250 million KRW each. A single developer using Cursor can achieve the productivity of ten, and the code quality will be ten times better.

The CEO of Microsoft said that within 9 to 12 months, 90% of their code will be written by AI. Cursor is the very platform that makes this possible. Of course, another tool could come out tomorrow. That's why it's crucial to always stay on top of the latest AI trends.

The fifth tool is NotebookLM.

You've probably heard of Gemini, Google's AI. Well, someone inside Google created NotebookLM, and it was so powerful it got released as a standalone tool. Think of it as your personal research and thinking partner.

I use it a lot for analyzing investment contracts or brainstorming creative ideas. Recently, I fed it all the board materials from a company where I'm a director and used it to generate sharp, insightful questions to ask the CEO. It's absolutely insane.

If you're a marketer, you can feed it all your past campaign data and tell it to act like a branding strategist based on your most successful campaigns. It can instantly generate new campaign ideas, logo designs, and draft ad copy. Our media team inputs transcripts of everything I've ever said, analyzes them to extract my go-to analogies, stories, and unique viewpoints, and then we co-create new content based on that.

Sixth, ChatGPT for Deep Research.

What makes this completely different from other language models is its ability to access real-time web data and conduct market research by generating AI reports.

Let me share an insane hack I use almost daily that nobody talks about. lol. Let's say you want to be on a certain podcast. Let's say you want to connect with me. You can ask the AI, 'I want to connect with Dan Martell. Find five people in my network who could introduce me to him.' The AI will then analyze your entire social graph and find five people you already know who can make that introduction.

And here's the best part. You can ask it to explain the connection and even write the message to send your friend asking for the introduction, and it will do all of that in five or six minutes. A team of five people couldn't get this done in three weeks.

Most people think they're using ChatGPT, but they're still stuck on pre-4.0 models. The upcoming GPT-4o version will be a complete game-changer, especially in this area of deep research.

Seventh tool, Claude. Eighth, Revio. Ninth is Chatade. Tenth, Aykon. Eleventh is Gamma. Twelfth, Precision. Thirteenth, Atlas. Fourteenth, n8n. And the final fifteenth tool, Lovable.
